I caught up with Susan Nefzger who is no stranger to the PR world, she has done it at a very high level for years. Susan experienced something that changed the direction of her life, and she wanted to share her experience with anyone who will listen with an open mind. Susan is a fun person, so it was not a boring time when we got together, it was fun, but the nature of what she is writing about is a bit more serious. When we spoke, she had not gotten her personal copies, so I have not read the book as yet. The title of her new book is “A Practical Guide to Awareness”. Q Your life was all about PR and marketing, now a distinct turn in a new and different direction, tell me about this new path.
A I decided to focus more on writing in my profession, rather than Internet PR & marketing. The change of direction for me resulted in more personal writing. That led to being involved with IACCW which is the International Association of Conscious and Creative Writing.
A It was through that organization that I learned about a retreat held in Glastonberry, Somerset, UK, presented by the founder of that organization, her name is Julia McCutchen. “This retreat opened the door to my transformation.”
Q Into what?
A A conscious writer
Q What is a conscious writer?
A It is being aligned with the creative consciousness to write what you are meant to write.
Q So, was it while you were in England that you discovered what you were meant to write, not just for you, but to help others?
A Yes, my book “A Practical Guide to Awareness” is a step by step guide to finding your true purpose, which leads to happiness. The guide is illustrated by the tale of a woman’s journey through self doubt. fear, religious persecution, and death, as she stays true to her destiny.
Q Susan where can your book be bought?
A Amazon and select other book stores
Q Any reviews you can share with us?
A There are quite a few, but one i will share is titled ” Follow Your Dreams”- I loved the way Susan weaved the story of a woman’s journey from the past, with the very current and relevant need for increased self-awareness. A beautiful guide to help you follow your dreams, nurture your soul, and to remain true to yourself”.
Of course when you go on Amazon to buy the book you will be able read many other reviews, Susan we wish you the best with your new direction.
